MY SERVICES

Sessions are 45 minutes and it is recommended that therapy occurs on a weekly basis. My session rate is $145 per session. I completely understand that therapy is an investment. My rates allow me to see a manageable caseload of clients so that I can provide the best care for my clients. Although I am out of network and out of pocket only, I can provide session statements with the appropriate information to send to your insurance for out of network reimbursement. Many of my clients utilize this once they have met their deductible. Please contact me for more questions concerning payment.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY (ages 20+)

• Body Image

• Dating/Relationship Violence

• Depression

GROUP THERAPY

Including but not limited to:

• Anger Management (adult group and teen group)

• Teen Girls Process Group (life difficulties, peer relations, bullying, self-esteem building, assertiveness training, coping skills, etc.)

• Teen Dating/Relationship Violence and Conflict (boys and girls)

• Teen Social Skills Group

• Child/Parent Relationship Training Group
